From the beginning, Hobee’s has focused on contributing food and gift certificates to local community organizations in lieu of extensive advertising. Each month, the chain donates thousands of dollars of in-kind items to charitable groups, schools, recreation departments and other worthwhile organizations. Building partnerships with our surrounding communities is yet another way Hobee’s stays a step ahead.
Let us know if we can help your favorite charity or civic group. Here is the process for obtaining a donation from Hobee’s:
-
- At least 4 weeks before your event, write a brief letter informing us about your event. Tell us who, what, when, where and why. Let us know how many people you’re expecting and how you’ll be able to recognize the donation in your publicity. Let us know specifically how you would like Hobee’s to help (ex. gift certificate for silent auction or sheets of coffeecake for a benefit run);
-
- Send your written request to Edward Fike at the Hobee’s Main Office by regular mail at 173 N. Morrison Ave., Suite E, San Jose, 95126; FAX (650) 493 – 0756; or e-mail
-
- Please note that Hobee’s does not make cash contributions. We are contacted by far too many organizations to effectively and fairly distribute monetary funds.
Thanks for including Hobee’s in your plans!
