Why They're The
One:

This is our first-ever
group award, for good reason. How can we possibly pick just one employee
to represent the spectacularly smooth opening Hobee's Los Gatos has enjoyed?
From day one, the crew has worked seemlessly together. Most of
the new employees trained at Pruneyard, Montague or Sunnyvale. (Thanks
also go out to all of their excellent trainers!) The rookies combined
with several veterans to create a strong, motivated team. We're so grateful
that they clicked so quickly since we've had little down time since we opened
the doors; it has been crazy busy! Congratulations, "Gatitos"!
