Why She’s The One:  Lety is a terrific model for all Hobee's employees!  In 2004, after 11 years as a server at Hobee's Montague and the late, great Hobee's San Jose, Leticia received the Paul Taber Award at the annual Achievement Awards.  She was honored for her hard work, strong work ethic and popularity among customers and crew.  Rather than rest on her laurels, Lety then decided to add management skills to her resume.  Today, she is vital part of Team Montague, splitting her time between serving and managing.  Three of her colleagues at Montague - Arturo Barajas, Ken Gordon and Aurora Romero - all urged us to give Lety this latest accolade.  Says Ken, "She consistently tries very hard and gives great service to guests from a server's perspective and as a manager."  It's our pleasure to
