Why She’s The One:     Areli is yet another Rookie of the Year candidate who has made a terrific first impression at Hobee's. In her short time at Redwood Shores, she has impressed everyone with her focus and dedication.  General Manager Serafin Fierro considers himself very fortunate to have Areli as a weekend host.  "Areli is very reliable and concentrates very hard", he says.  Eight other employees submitted nominations backing up Serafin's opinion.  Their comments included "very friendly", "serious about her job", "effective and hard-working", and "a nice girl".  We're thrilled to have Areli on the crew and can't wait to see her move up the ladder.  She definitely has earned the honor of being our thirty-first Star Employee of the Month!
