Why He’s The One:     We continue our recent trend of honoring fresh new faces who have jumped right in and made names for themselves at Hobee's in just a short period of time.  Ivan began as a host at Hobee's Palo Alto and impressed everyone with his willingness to do whatever was needed.  Almost immediately, he expressed his desire to learn how to be a server.  He knew this would not be possible without studying hard.  According to General Manager Louis Aurandt, Ivan applies himself diligently to studying the menu, mastering Hobee's training materials and learning more English.  He is a great example for those looking to take the next step.
