Why He’s The One:  Jorge was the choice of seven co-workers to receive this honor (at Redwood Shores, that's a full third of the crew!).  He was praised for his versatility, quickness, punctuality and upbeat nature.  Virdian Portilla says: "Jorge really helps everybody a lot and he never complains".  General Manager Serafin Fierro and Kitchen Manager Hilario Fuentes also wrote about what an effective team player Jorge is.  Lucky for Hobee's, Jorge returned to the company after initially working for four months in 2001.  We're glad that he has stayed a lot longer the second time around!
