Why He’s The One: Hilario rocks!
He always manages to tightly control his food cost and keeps his cool under
pressure. Huge Waiter.com orders don’t seem to phase him, and he’s
always friendly and polite to his co-workers. Hilario has also been
a terrific recruiter, bringing in many of his wonderful family members to
work at Hobee’s. He won Outstanding Kitchen Manager for 2005 and it’s
only a matter of time before he wins again. He celebrates his birthday
this month, so we thought we’d give him this early present!
