Why He’s The One:  Usually, the Star of the Month honor goes to one of our many veteran employees.  There are instances, however, that a rookie inspires all of his co-workers to sing his or her praises.  Pedro Martinez is one such employee.  In just three months, Pedro has taken Hobee's Mountain View by storm, learning his duties in record time and gaining the admiration of his fellow crewmembers.  General Manager Carl Kosek says: "In the short time Pedro has been employed at Hobee's, he has taken on a lot of responsibilities.  He knows all support staff duties and takes the initiative to do them well.  Pedro is a super star in the making." Carl's comments were backed up by MV stalwarts Conny Cruz, Amado Lopez and Benjamin Cruz.
