Ranulfo
Alba won the Outstanding Manager award at the 2008 Hobee's Achievement Awards.
We knew then that we had a superstar on our hands and wasted little
time promoting him to General Manager when a position opened up at our northernmost
site. As GM of Redwood Shores, Ranulfo brings enthusiasm, low key charm
and attention to detail to the job. A testament to his popularity is
the fact that half of his crew submitted nominations on his behalf. They
describe him as "excellent", "positive", "a hard worker" and "a team player".
We are also impressed by his ability to control costs at a restaurant
that can go from slow to very busy in a short time. Congratulations
on this latest honor, Ranulfo!
