Two of Juan Carlos' managers wanted to make sure we knew
what a "rock star" Juan Carlos is at Los Gatos. GM Sergio Gutierrez said:
"He's great with customers, smiles constantly, is extremely attentive and
even has his own regulars." Raphael Oliveira concurred, adding: "He earned
the prize by showing his passion for what he does. Strength is one of Juan
Carlos greatest qualities. He always shows interest in learning new things."
