Why He’s The One: Juan
received the endorsement of two of his managers, Hilario Fuentes and Julia
Grant. According to Hilario, Juan is always working hard, is very easygoing
and is never late. Julia is also impressed with Juan's work ethic and
points out that he often goes above and beyond his job description. "He
asks you what you are looking for if you are trying to find something", says
Julia. "Even when I used to serve and bring my dishes back after we
closed, he would still wash them and have them ready for the next day."
