Why She’s The One:  Ask any Hobee's manager and they will tell you that cost control is extremely tough right now.  Food and labor expenses have increased dramatically in 2008 leaving managers to make difficult decisions like cutting hours.  Melissa, our "Baby GM", has managed to achieve the best costs companywide during this challenging period.  But she is not just focused on one area of the business.  Melissa is also passionate about customer service (she led Montague to a perfect Secret Shopper score in April) and doing things the Hobee's Way.  She is a two-time Outstanding Manager winner at The Hobee's Achievement Awards and we would not bet against her winning a GM prize in the near future!
